In the upcoming theme year of Alps, the well-beloved ensemble Kukerpillid will once again be delighting the audience! In the course of their long career, they have performed in both - Germany and Austria. Even there they have been warmly received, but rumour has it that their favourite venue is still the Viru Folk in Käsmu.

Oesch' die Dritten are simply genuine, their music handmade and unmistakable. They have been delighting young and old for more than 26 years. Anyone who experiences the family ensemble live on stage is infected by their irrepressible joy of playing and experiences how style and language boundaries disappear for a brief moment. In addition to their distinctive yodelling songs, they also include songs from traditional folk music, country, blues and pop. Their open and likeable manner and their unbridled joy of playing captivate audiences time and time again - whether at large festivals in front of thousands of people or on a smaller scale. RÜÜT, which already had the crowd dancing in 2019, is returning! Now with a whole album of new material. RÜÜT does not confine itself to a particular genre with its nuanced work, but keeps itself open to fresh winds. As a result, each track has its own character and takes the listener on a journey through a unique soundscape. The strong signature of RÜÜT is the use of the unique teppo-style bellows in innovative arrangements and the unique sound of the vocals, which skilfully blend both powerful runo singing and shimmering, subtle polyphony.

In the 2022 Lonitseera released their debut album "Tapeet", which was awarded the "Author Song Album of the Year" prize at Estonian Music Awards 2023.

Ensemble Antsud - a delightful Estonian ethnographic band, was formed in 2014, when musicians from different backgrounds came together to complement and spice up their collective creations, each in their own way. In August 2023, their fourth album "Maa" was released.

JUHE aus Tirol will perform in the upcoming festival! The collective from Austria will amaze their audience with 'boarischen' dances, upbeat polkas, soulful waltzes and excellent yodelling skills. Of coursem this trio does not ignore modern music. There's plenty on the programme for fans of funk and schlager, and the young men won't miss out on the well-known hits.

Dobranotch is celebrating its anniversary in 2024. For 25 years Dobranotch has been bringing the world the boundless energy with roots in Jewish, Russiam, Balkan and Roma musical traditions. At the philharmonic they sound like refined artists, in a club or at a festival they send the audience into a dancing trance, and when they descend from the stage they're the orchestra for a magic carnival.

Hartwin is a diatonic accordionist and composer from Flanders in Belgium His instrumental music has been moving people worldwide for many years. He is known for his simple and melancholic melodies that leave a lot of room for the listener's imagination. Between 2015 and 2021 he lived on the Island of Saaremaa where he wrote lots of new music inspired by the breathtaking nature and surroundings. Together with Flavia Escartin (cello) and Pavel Souvandijev (violin) he creates an acoustic universe that touches from the first note. Excpect a musical adventure that will make you dream away.

Öistel jämmidel Kasperviki saalis kohtuvad muusikud, kel päevastest kontsertidest indu üle jäänud ning kes naudivad ühist improviseeritud kokkumängu. Tänavustele jämmidele on oodata nii kuulamiseks kui tantsimiseks pilli mängima muusikuid Eestist, Soomest, Rootsist ja Lätist. Jämme koordineerib kohalik pillimees Enver Lani.
