Viru Folk is an Estonian folk music festival held since 2008. Since 2013, the festival has celebrated theme years, focusing on a specific country or culture. Viru Folk takes place in the picturesque captain’s village of Käsmu, located in Lahemaa National Park, just 75 kilometers from Tallinn. Viru Folk 2024 will be held from August 9th to 11th, with the theme ‘Alpine Year’.
